Ventura, CA, 805 Native, born and bred, Wylie pursued Film and Dramatic Arts at UCSB, with a focus on Film Theory. While pursuing an acting career on the streets of Los Angeles, Wylie found success as 1/3 of an offbeat comedy duo that toured throughout California with a weekly show in Hollywood.
But the Theory kept calling. In 2008, at age 33, he jumped into Marketing Theory as a track while earning a MBA in Small Business Entrepreneurship at Cal Lutheran University.
Now, with over 25 years of Marketing experience, as both a Consultant and a Director, Wylie launched Agency33 Brand House in 2024 with a focus on the Creative Collective that defines the talented Agency33 Team.

Haley is a creatively driven social media professional with a knack for transforming the mundane into something scroll-stopping. Known for her warm personality and playful approach, she brings equal parts strategy and aesthetic intuition to every project she touches.
Born and raised in Santa Paula, California, Haley blends her small-town roots with a big imagination. She has an eye for detail, a love for beautiful visuals, and a passion for storytelling that feels effortlessly engaging.
When she’s not crafting standout content, you can find her overlanding, exploring new trails, or spending time with her best friend Cleo the pug. Whether behind the wheel or behind the camera, Haley is always chasing inspiration—and helping brands show up in a way that feels authentic, creative, and unforgettable.
Rayanna Black
CHAOS COORDINATOR
Born and raised in Thousand Oaks, she’s the resident Chaos Coordinator who keeps the marketing agency running smoothly—one creative idea (and crisis) at a time.
A do-it-all creative, she jumps wherever she’s needed, whether it’s crafting content, organizing projects, or bringing order to the whirlwind.
With imagination, problem-solving, and just the right amount of humor, she helps turn big ideas into real results while keeping the team inspired and on track.

VICE PRESIDENT OF MORALE
Darby is the four-legged heartbeat of the agency, trotting into the office each morning with executive-level enthusiasm and zero regard for personal space.
As Vice President of Morale, she specializes in spontaneous team-building exercises, snack surveillance, and midday cuddle audits.
When she’s not boosting productivity with her tail wags, Darby can be found napping in sunbeams or supervising brainstorming sessions from her favorite spot: The Executive Dog Bed.
